KK’s Corner Mall has been in operation for over 20 years! Many booths have come and gone, but the idea has never changed. Vendors from all over offer up creative and fun products. Each booth features a variety of home decor, gifts, furniture, fashion and accessories, children and baby boutiques, antiques, fine crafts, Texas Tech gear, candles galore, and more! My favorites are always the homemade salsas and soup mixes. Currently, there are over 200 booths to browse through. I have been going to KK’s for many, many years and am never disappointed. It is so much fun to shop and eat but it really is about the experience. It is a perfect Saturday activity!
KK’s is a great place to take friends and family along with visitors from out of town. There is something for everyone. What makes the experience extra special is that there’s a tearoom inside the mall. Sheila’s Secret Garden Tea Room is ready to serve you up homemade soups, sandwiches, salads, pastas and desserts! The tea room is open Tuesday-Saturday 11am-4pm. It is such a fun place for princess birthdays, showers, and tea parties. So, my idea is to check out the first 100 booths, break for lunch, and then finish checking out the remaining booths!
Within the past month or so KK’s has experienced some changes in management. Becky Taylor became the new owner of KK’s Corner Mall, and continues to keep the original vision of providing not only stay-at-home mom booths, but vendors from all walks of life to explore their entrepreneurial side. Change can be good and in this case change is VERY good.
KK’s has undergone some exciting renovations inside and outside of the mall. Booths have been remodeled and vendors are putting out new merchandise. It is amazing what a fresh coat of paint and a new sign will do for a place.
