D’Vine Wine

Quick Tip: Buy a gift at their gift shop and you can also reserve rooms for birthdays, social events, etc…If you have not figured it out by now, we like wine…a lot! In our pursuit to find interesting places in Lubbock, we discovered D’Vine Wines located in the Kingsgate Shopping Center.

Out of all the wine places we have visited, D’Vine Wines showcased the best décor. I am not sure if I can even explain it with words, but a Tuscan theme prevailed.  A row of wines lined one side of the room while local Lubbock photography lined the other. A faux balcony, grapes, wine bottles, and other décor hung from the ceiling.

If the decorations were not enough, the food, drinks, and live music was even better. We ordered a sparkling almond wine and an apple cheese crêpe. It sounds odd, but it tasted great and the wine was a nice compliment. On my second visit to D’Vine Wines, I had a flight of three wines for an excellent price. We were even offered a special sneak peak of a Malbec and it was our favorite (thank you again!). I highly suggest trying the five flight deal. For a good price you can try a generous portion of red, white, and sparkling wines.

D’Vine Wines is unique because they make and bottle all of the wines in-house. Enjoy a glass at the table or take a bottle home. The gift shop has neat decorations, accessories, and of course wine, so make sure to check it out! D’Vine Wines is a great place to meet with friends and was the birthplace of lubbockintheloop!
